Chemotaxis dose-dependency

Dose-dependency of LTB4 in chemotaxis and the effect of PTX treatment

LTB4-induced chemotaxis (filled circles, red) and chemokinesis (filled boxes, red) in CHO-LTBR cells are presented. CHO-LTBR cells pretreated with 100 ng/ml PTX for 12 h (open circles, red), and control vector-transfected cells (open boxes, black) showed no chemotactic activities. (mean+/-s.e.m, n = 4).
