Northern blot analysis of BLTR mRNA expressed in various human tissues
Human multiple tissue northern blot filters I and II (Clonetech) were hybridized
with [32P]-dCTP-labeled ORF of the HL-5 clone or a human glutaraldehyde
3-phosphate dehydrogenase cDNA (Clonetech) in hybridization buffer containing
4 x SSC, 5 x Denhardt's solution, 0.2% SDS, 200 micro g/ml salmon sperm
DNA, 50% formamide at 42 ¡C for 24 h. The filters were washed in 0.1 x SSC,
0.1% SDS at 65 ¡C and subjected to autoradiography.
